Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born on the 30th of January 1941 within Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family moved out of Nebraska and moved to Casper where his dad was the head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
