Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He also serves as the pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online articles as well as co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three kids and a wife Leslie.
